Transmission Parts and Services Private Limited (ATPS Pvt. Ltd.)
Specialize in repairing and reconditioning of Power Shift Transmissions
of make (Allison, Twin Disc & Komatsu models) & Hydraulic
Equipments (Loader, Dumpers, Dozer & Excavators).
- ATPS was
established in the year 2005, exclusively for Re-Conditioning of
Transmissions and carry Major Overhaul of Earth-Moving Equipments.
- ATPS is
absolutely committed to providing quality service with technical backup
support. This has been possible by using quality parts sourcing them
from the OEM sources as well as from quality reputed replacement
manufacturers. In so doing ATPS was able to enter into marketing
arrangements with some of the leading OEM suppliers of spare parts for
Earth-Moving Equipments. Thus ATPS is able to give both service as well
as supply quality parts and is able to meet its quality commitment to
its customers.
- ATPS has
good number of Professional Engineers in its roll, each possessing
extensive working knowledge gathered over long years of experience. Our
engineers are specially trained in Servicing Transmissions and also
Overhaul and Maintenance of Equipments.
- ATPS has
well equipped workshop, exclusively for Reconditioning, Major
Overhauling and Testing of Transmissions (Twin Disc – TT / TRT,
Allison-CLT/CLBT/VCLT/HT/MT & CRT, Komatsu- D155A/GD 605),
Hydraulic Control Valves, Cylinders & Differentials.
- By
virtue of our association with OEM suppliers and also in our ability to
source from reputed quality manufacturers world wide, we are able to
provide cost effective solutions to our customers both for Service as
well as supply of Spares Parts.
- ATPS is
continuously at the job of cost reductions and this is being achieved
by Reverse Engineering and Producing the Components to the original OEM
specifications. Such of these components are put on trials for a period
of 6 to 8 months before they are released into the market for bulk
supplies.
